Campus Beautification Project

During the campus beautification project which took place on 23/4/22 students and teachers came together to clean up the campus and make it a tad bit better. The campus had seen better days. Students were leaving food outside which attracts a lot of pests like seagulls, crows, rats, ants, and so on. There was also multiple weeds growing and infesting the schoolyard. The campus beautification was made to fix that problem. Multiple students and teachers were present in order to lend a hand. The volunteers were pulling out weeds. Then they were spreading mulch around the ground to help the local plants and stop weeds from regrowing. They also planted some new plants and added some more soil. They also cleaned some of the trash, helped with cleanups, and even the landscape, and tended to some of the plants. As Kade Vas Ausdal says “Its was a fun but tiring event”. He was present there during the clean up. They also were raking the leaves and pine cones on the floor. They are also working to help clean the ground. Ms. Nanez says “CPM campus beautification 2022 was a lot of fun! My two daughters and I worked on pulling some weeds and planting a few flowers. It was really cool to see students and staff come together to work on making our school look and feel nice!“
